T. Kennedy Helm joined Haddad & Sherwin as an associate in January 2014. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Boyce F. Martin, Jr., Circuit Judge and Chief Judge Emeritus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He attended law school on a full-tuition merit scholarship. Before law school, Kennedy organized workers for two different locals of the Service Employees International Union. Before becoming a union organizer, he worked as an investigator at the California Appellate Project on behalf of indigent death-row prisoners seeking post-conviction relief. After college, Kennedy lived and worked in Madrid, Spain where he became fluent in Spanish.
